This Menorcan cove resembles the planet Mars with its reddish tones contrasting with the transparent blue of its waters. With this tamarind margarita, we wanted to pay homage to this place that brings us so many good memories.

The Mediterranean; cradle of civilization, commerce, and gastronomic culture; is undoubtedly a paradise of colors and flavors. It is always present with us from any point overseas, and with this cocktail, we want to thank it for the wonderful images it gives us every day.
